If your getting into a new relationship, you need to check your resources and make sure that they are not cheaters or liars.  They will set you up and then break your heart with someone else and lie about it when you confront them about it.  Your safety is of upmost importaince.  They also will cause you mental and emotional distress which they make you mentally unhealthy that you need not only heal from the heart break, but the mental health issues that they have caused that can leave lasting mental and emotional scars.  

• They might have STD's from the person or persons that they have cheated with and not even say anything or not even know it.

• They can also affect any new relationship that you go to get into.  Also strip you of your independence and freedom of choice.
